It's time! Time again for new releases and more amazing stuff. We've listened to you, and improved our product once again.

Auto-join

Previously, joining Stackdeck as an employee involved a waiting game. You'd register, and then linger in digital limbo while the admin reviewed your access request. But times have changed!

We've streamlined the process for a smoother, company-wide auto-join feature. As a company administrator, simply navigate to 'Profile' in the bottom left then click on 'Company' and enable 'auto-join'. With this activated, any new employee account is granted immediate access to Stackdeck.

It's efficient, seamless, and keeps everyone connected without the delay.

Subscription Status Simplified:

Navigating the intricacies of app subscriptions can be challenging, but fear not – we've refined the process for clarity. We're there for every step!

Discovered: Having seamlessly integrated Google discovery, you've successfully unveiled the entire spectrum of apps utilized by your company. No more mysteries, just straightforward identification.
Under Evaluation: In this phase, you're diligently assessing a curated selection of apps. Think of it as a meticulous examination to find the perfect fit for your specific needs.
Active: The chosen app is now in action, actively employed by one or more employees. It's the execution phase, where the rubber meets the road.
Archived: The once-relevant app, for which you held a subscription, has now been archived. It's no longer in use, marking the end of its subscription lifecycle.

Discovered users

Discovered: Following integration with an HRIS, the system automatically identifies all employees for you. All discovered users are compiled in this section for your convenience, eliminating the need for manual searches.
Invited: After discovery, the next step is to send invitations to all employees. This allows them to access the functionality Stackdeck provides. It's a straightforward process of extending invites to join the platform.
Active: The final stage involves users who have accepted your invitation. They are now officially active on Stackdeck, having created accounts and engaged with the platform.

Permissions

Within the permissions section, we've implemented two significant improvements:

Streamlined Organisation: Permissions are now thoughtfully categorised into sections, providing a more intuitive layout. This makes it markedly easier to discern which permissions correspond to specific employee roles. Navigate effortlessly through the neatly divided sections to allocate permissions with precision.
Efficient Bulk Activation: Experience the convenience of enabling all permissions for an employee in one seamless action. With a single click, you can now auto-enable all relevant permissions, saving you time and ensuring swift configuration for individual employees. Streamlining the process has never been more straightforward.

Redesign signup

Our team has undertaken a comprehensive redesign of the signup page to enhance the overall user experience. Embrace the revamped signup experience, where functionality meets elegance for a seamless journey into our platform.

Invite single user

Didn't want to discover everyone within the company, but simply add individual employees to the platform? Within the users section, it is now possible to also invite a single user to the platform. Simply go to users tab, press invite user and enter the email address. This will send an invitation link to the user.
